Shipping Policy for Canadian Customers

We desire to offer full transparency regarding shipping costs, customs, duties and taxes on cross-border shipments.

Due to ongoing uncertainties with U.S./Canada tariffs, we are currently limiting our shipping options to UPS with prepaid duties and taxes. Charges at checkout include all customs, duties and taxes in one upfront price, with no extra charges, no surprise billing, or carrier adjustments at time of delivery.

Additionally, with the apparent imminent removal of the “de minimis” exemption - previously allowing low-value packages to pass duty-free - we have discontinued USPS as a shipping option to Canada.

We will continue to monitor the situation and may adjust our shipping carriers and options as needed.
