Returns/Refund Policy

Let's keep this simple.

1. If you buy something and change your mind or inadvertently bought the wrong thing, in other words your fault - we'll take it back less shipping costs and a restock fee as low as 10% if the item is in it's new original condition (may be more based on item and packaging condition).

2. If it's an electrical item like an ECU, tuner, headlight, switch or other such component our official policy is no refunds or returns.....however we will work with you if it's determined to be 'bad out of the box' and there may be special circumstances or issues that superseded this policy. Reach out to us, we're reasonable and flexible and will work with you. 

3. If we goofed up and sent the wrong part or it was defective then you're entitled to a complete refund or exchange and free return shipping. Shoot us an email at support@tacomoto.co and we will send you a prepaid return call tag.

Fine Print:
  • No returns on fuel tanks, batteries or non TMC branded lighting products. Warranty issues on these items go through the manufacturer. 
  • Please allow 2-5 business days after processing (you'll receive an email) for refunded monies to be reflected in your account (depends on your bank).
  • International Warrartny Policy: Taco Moto Co. will guarnatee it's parts and components for life, and will package and prepare a free replacement item, hoevever there may be internaional shipping charges, VAT fees, coustoms charges or other costs incurred by the receivieng country that are not inclueded and may be changed to the shipment. 
  • No refunds or returns after 60 days.
