Q: When will orders that contain out of stock items be shipped?

A: For all US orders the items that are in stock will ship within 1-2 business days of when the order was placed. Items that are a pre-order will ship when they are available. For international orders the whole order will be held until all items are available. 

 

Q: Does Taco Moto ship internationally?

A: Yes we do! You have the choice of which international shipping service you would like to use at the time of your checkout. We ship internationally with DHL, UPS, and USPS. Shipping costs vary depending on product size, weight, and destination. All prices shown on our site are in US Dollars. There may be additional taxes and import fees due on delivery. We do not collect or profit from these fees. By purchasing, you agree to cover any additional costs due on delivery. Refusing to pay those duties and taxes will deem the package abandoned and there are no refunds if this is the outcome. We do our best to calculate shipping for our International customers at the time of purchase. However, sometimes those calculations are incorrect and we may need to contact you for additional postage that is out of our control. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.  We truly appreciate your business. 

 

Q: What shipping carrier do you use?

A: We ship with UPS, USPS, and DHL. If you have a preference on which carrier you would like to ship with please indicate so in the notes of your order.

 

Q: I've already placed my order and I need it quicker than I originally thought. How can I get expedited shipping on my order?

A: Please send an email to support@tacomoto.co stating that you would like expedited shipping on your order. After the order has been placed we will send you a response with the expedited shipping options (such as UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air, and USPS Priority Mail Express) and price quotes. Once you choose your preferred method we will send you an invoice for the additional price.  

 

Q: Does Taco Moto have a local pickup option?

A: Yes! We are located in Las Vegas, Nevada and we do offer local pick-up. If you would like to pick up your order instead of paying for shipping, send us an email at support@tacomoto.co . We will let you know exactly where we are located and send you a discount code to get free shipping! 

 

Q: USPS tracking says my package was delivered to a parcel locker. How do I find/access the parcel locker?

A: If your regular USPS mail (letters) is delivered to a community mailbox (a centralized unit of individually locked compartments for the delivery and collection of mail also referred to as a Cluster Box Unit (CBU), then your packages may be delivered to a "parcel locker." A key will be left in your locked mailbox to be used as a parcel locker key. This key has a tag that indicates the parcel locker that contains the item. For more info see USPS: What is a Parcel Locker?


Q: I need my package quicker, but it's already shipped. Can I pay to expedite it?

A: Unfortunately, no. After a package has left our warehouse we cannot change the level of service. If you need to change the delivery address, both USPS and UPS offer services to manage deliveries:

Q: How do I change the shipping address on my order?

A: If your order hasn't shipped yet, quick send us an email at support@tacomoto.co with the new/correct shipping address.  If your order has already shipped, we suggest utilizing UPS My Choice or USPS Informed Delivery to manage your delivery. 

 

PRODUCT QUESTIONS

 

Q: Does the Athena GET come with maps that I get to customize? 

A: The Athena GET comes with the famous preloaded taco moto maps that are already customized to our customers needs and wants. Map 1 is a race map and Map 2 is a technical off road/enduro map. If you have any special requests for your GET ECU please let us know in the notes of your order and we will do our best to accommodate you! 

 

Q: What if I can’t find the fitment for my bike on a product?

A: We try our best to make sure that all of the product listings include accurate fitment information. If your bike is not shown it is possible that your bike will not work with that certain product. However, if you’re unsure whether or not a product works for your bike, shoot us an email with your bike year/make/model and the product you are looking at. We will confirm the correct fitting!

 

Q: Does Taco Moto do price matching?

A: Unfortunately no, Taco Moto does not do price matching. 

 

Q: Does Taco Moto sell gift cards?

A: Yes, online gift cards are available from $10 to $1,000 and can be purchased here
