Our Commitment to Accessibility

Taco Moto is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability. We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA level, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing effort rather than a one-time project.

How We Review Our Site

We use Google's Lighthouse, an open-source automated auditing tool, to evaluate our website against WCAG standards. Lighthouse scans our pages and produces a scorecard identifying issues.

Because automated tools can only detect a portion of possible accessibility issues, we pair these audits with manual review of items automated testing cannot fully evaluate — including keyboard navigation, screen reader compatibility, and logical reading order. Issues identified through either process are prioritized and addressed by our team on an ongoing basis.

Where We Are Today

We have completed a baseline Lighthouse audit of our site and are actively working through the issues it identified, along with a manual review of areas automated tools can't fully assess. We are committed to running these audits on a recurring basis and continuing to improve accessibility across our site as we do.
