Build Program

What to expect, start to finish.

We build bikes the way we'd want our own built. Every build starts with a real conversation about what you ride, how you ride, and what you actually need. Here's exactly how the process runs before we get yours dialed in.

How We Build

No cookie-cutter kits, no upselling. Every build is spec'd around one rider: how you ride, where you ride, what you weigh, and what you actually want out of the bike. We'd rather build one bike right than ten the fast way. That's the whole approach, and everything below is just the how.

01
Bottom line

Three things to know

If you read nothing else, read these: the timeline, what we need from you, and what gets a build moving.

1

It takes time,
for good reason

A proper build runs 4 to 8 weeks. We're not rushing anything that goes on your bike. Complex builds or special-order parts can stretch it, and we'll always tell you where things stand.

2

We need info
before we build

The more we know about your riding style, height and weight, budget, and vision, the better the build. Come ready to talk through all of it.

3

70% down
gets it started

Parts don't move until the deposit's in. 70% secures your components and locks your bike onto the build schedule. The balance is due at completion.

02
The process

From inquiry to delivery

From your first message to your first ride, here's how a build runs. Most of the clock is us on the bench, not you waiting on homework.

1

Inquiry

Hit the contact form or give us a call. Tell us your bike and what you want out of it.

2

Consultation

We talk through how and where you ride, your fit, and your budget.

3

Build Sheet

You get a detailed spec: parts, labor, tax, and a real number to review.

4

Deposit & Schedule

70% down orders your parts and locks your bike onto the build schedule.

5

Build

Your bike hits the bench and we keep you posted the whole way through.

4 to 8 weeks
6

Delivery

Final balance, then pick it up or we ship it to you.

Payment

All payments run through QuickBooks, card or bank transfer. 70% down orders your parts and locks your slot on the schedule. The remaining balance is due at completion, before the bike ships or gets picked up.

03
Getting started

What we need from you

Before we can put together a parts list, get quotes, or schedule anything, we need to know:

  • The bike and platform you're building: make, model, and year.
  • How you ride: trail, enduro, dual sport, ADV, road, or a mix.
  • Your must-haves and wish list, so we can prioritize what matters most.
  • Your height and weight, which guides the suspension work.
  • Your budget or range, so the build actually makes sense for you.
04
Sourcing your bike

Don't have a bike yet?

We don't sell bikes directly, but we've got dealer connections and can get you in touch with someone who can source exactly what you're looking for, new or used. If you need to get your bike to us, we also have a trusted shipper we work with regularly who handles our customers' bikes with care.

05
Not sure what to build?

Platform, short version

It comes down to how and where you ride. Here's where most builds land.

Trail & Enduro

Our bread & butter

KTM or Husqvarna 350 / 450 / 500 EXC-F. Our most common builds by a mile.

Dual Sport

Best all-rounder

The 500 EXC-F is the move. Road legal, off-road capable, light enough to actually be fun.

Technical / Slow

Most manageable

350 EXC-F. Easier to handle at low speed and still plenty capable.

Not sure yet? Tell us how you ride and we'll help you land on the right platform. That's part of the conversation.
06
Bench notes

Be a pro at the process

Come with a clear idea of how and where you ride.

Tell us your height and weight upfront.

Have a realistic budget in mind.

Bring a must-have list and a wish list.

Bring your best ideas. This is your ultimate build.

Ask questions. That's what we're here for.
